How breeding happens

Tiger shrimp reproduce very well when they feel comfortable. About once a month, a female releases approximately 20–30 fully developed juvenile shrimp. The small shrimp can grow up without difficulty in a dense carpet of algae or finely leaved aquatic plants. The adults do not prey on the offspring.
