Description
Echinodorus cordifolius "ovalis" is a variable species native to Cuba, formerly known as Echinodorus ovalis. It also occurs in Eastern Mexico. This bog plant typically grows in shallow water and has smaller, more delicate leaves with less pronounced heart-shaped tips compared to typical Echinodorus cordifolius plants. The creeping or floating flower stalks can reach up to 2 meters long, bearing numerous adventitious plants.
