Description

Echinodorus 'Dschungelstar' is a variety of plant that was bred by Julius Hoechstetter in the early 1990s. It grows up to 40-50 cm tall, with stems up to 25 cm long and leaves reaching 30 cm in length and 4 cm in width. The narrow leaves resemble those of Echinodorus uruguayensis "horemanii rot", but are slightly lighter in color and have a strongly wavy and deeply toothed margin. This variety grows relatively slowly.
