Description
Echinodorus 'Rainers Felix' is a mutation of E. 'Ozelot Green', originated from ZooLogiCa nursery in Altlandsberg near Berlin, selected by Tomas Kaliebe. Introduced to the market in 2002, its name refers to the nursery owner Rainer Leidtholdt. This variety remains relatively small, growing up to 20 cm in height, with a distinctive reddish-brown and light-green spotted pattern. Submerged leaves have blades ranging from 10 to 25 cm long and 2 to 4.5 cm wide on short stalks.
