Description
Echinodorus 'Regine Hildebrandt' was created by crossing Echinodorus 'Ozelot' with E. uruguayensis "horemanii rot". This variety is a smaller Echinodorus species, growing up to 15-20 cm tall, making it suitable for small tanks or foreground areas of larger aquaria. The submersed leaves have an intense wine red color on top, are narrow-ovate in shape with a short stalk, measuring up to 10 cm long and 5 cm wide. This variety requires plenty of light and nutrients and grows slowly.
