Description
This moss has upright shoots with regular branching. It was previously known as "Triangle Moss" or "San Jiao Moss" by Bioplast company from Singapore around 2004. The triangular shape of its ramified shoots likely inspired this name. However, other Vesicularia species with fine branching appear similar. The moss's shoot tips are slightly upturned, resembling those of "Erect Moss", but its leaflets are mostly roundish to oval with acute tips and wide cells, similar to Christmas moss (Vesicularia montagnei).
